Using Euphoria 2.1b on Celeron 300A, 64MB RAM, Windows NT 4.0 (and several
tasks running on the background, including a Webserver):

[with ex.exe]
String12: 3.27350152
String13: 2.313647684

[with exw.exe]
String12: 3.22
String13: 2.2

My recommendation is to upgrade your system ;)
