Well, we had the company meeting this morning with the programmers and
the owners, and after going over issues dealing
with both VB and Delphi 4, the inheritance issue was a major discussing
in the meeting because we need OOP fully implemented, the final decision
by the programmers and bosses was Delphi 4.

        Thanks to ALL who input their opinions in answer to my inquiry.
