Try removing the -O option from all lines in emake.bat.
This option is buggy. It causes "symbol undefined errors".
It can also cause bad code to be generated.
If your program still doesn't work, download the Borland compiler.

Lcc is freeware maintained by one guy
in his spare time. His latest releases seem to have new
bugs not present in the earlier releases.

Borland has been used by "millions of developers"
for many years.
