Installer Progress Report

Howdy y'all!

Well, unfortunately, I haven't progressed too much where the installer is
concerned due to a hectic work schedule last week.  However, I have gotten
all the forms which get input from the user coded and working.  Next will be
the actual action of installation itself.  I'm **hoping** to have a beta for
y'all to look at in a couple of weeks, but no guarantees.

Also, I've now gotten permission from the authors of _all_ the optional
libraries and tools, including EE:CS, so that small technical hurdle has
been leaped as well.
