I can understand that open() should always be relative to the directory in
which the executable runs. What I would like is an open() that is relative
to the file in which it is included.  Obviously, this would have no effect
in translated programs. I want this because it will make CGI with Euphoria
easier on the programmer (not 'me' but 'us'). :)
