I don't get this. Why is it ambiguous? Why is not it precise? Sorry, most 
probably it is due to my limited English knowledge. 

I don't think that your comment is in line Fernando Bauer's (excellent)

I would hesitate to add anything to misc.e as otherwise I should 
put everything there.
