Before sending the message I always get confirmation request 
and automatic delay. Is there a way to avoid these features 
of the OS? Is it hard coded in mapi32.dll? Is there any trick?

I would prefer including in my program a solution similar to 
email.exw but currently due to the problems above I chose to 
inlcude a separate EXE file. (Namely blat.exe that is a great 
application BTW.)
