Why not to use the synonyms? Just some set of the identical routines under different names? For example, in bilingual Euphoria, every standard routine is defined twice, with English name and with Russian name. I know, the synonyms are not very good for the technical, scientific and programming tasks and texts, we must avoid them, but there are some exceptions from the common rules. Maybe it is a case for such an exception? At least it is a simple way to be good for every personal taste. Regards, Igor Kachan kinz at peterlink.ru
