Its not quite the same now as before.  Now you have a valid chance to
kill an enemy unit without having to guess which direction (if any)
the unit may be moving to.  You can still make "chicken" bots of course,
it just makes them more easy to constrain them as it extends out the
radius... IMO the change allows for more actual fighting.
