1. You are running the install app from a temporary directory, try downloading it to C:\ first, then running it. 2. What directory are you installing Euphoria into? All that mumbo-jumbo at the end actually says C:\Program Files\EUPHORIA and the space in the path name is causing an error. Typically we install to just C:\EUPHORIA.
