How do you unistall IE? It does not show up in Add/Remove Programs.

Also I would like to thank everyone for their help.

I did not have a popup window when I was online.

What I had was a popup MessageBox that said "MSoft (not Microsoft,leading 
me to belive it was phony) has determined etc etc..".
This occurred whether I was online or not.

Any way Ad-Aware seems to have fixed it,
