Turn off javascript, activex, vb, vbs, running cross-domain fetches, run a web 
proxy to filter <script*/script> <object....... etc. Firewall all ports not
needed
(you need email, the temp ports,,,  you might wanna turn off 113 too), 
basically, firewall all ports, and turn on those ports needed for the things 
*you* do online. The proxy would be needed to filter out automatic filetype 
downloads you don't need.
