Can you reproduce this error? Not exactly, or repeatably. I don't normally open files this way, I just now got a machine exception in ipc, but in decompress(). The next ten times I tried it worked fine. Are you getting this every time, or intermittently? I can tell you that if you uncheck single instance on the options menu (and close the editor) it shouldn't go near ipc.ew, if that helps. I didn't write ipc.ew, so I'm not sure if I can fix this one.
