Andy,

         I would really appreciate a bound version of IDE.  It's been 
extremely weird/unstable since I installed win32lib 0.60.6.  It's possible 
that patches posted here, which I applied to both, are incompatible. Though 
I thought I had downloaded the latest versions of both.
