2.5 Win32 Demos

Broken out of the box.
I installed Euphoria v2.5 on my GF's system.
It is a brand new system so I knew it couldn't
mess with my registry settings.

They would hold not only the association to what program
I want to run when opening or editing but also the path to
the icons that I choose to use to represent Euphoria files.
Whether that be 1 icon for all Euphoria files or seperate
ones for ex, exw, and exu.  Along with e, ew, and eu.

I'm now assuming the Win32 examples require some
special attention.  Maybe an installation of Win32lib.
