Q: Request for free upgrade

This may sound stupid but I purchaced the Euphoria 2.4 interpretter and Eu2C 2.4 translators. And I believe I'm now entitled for the EU 2.5 Binder and Eu2C translators upgrades. Im not sure of offical method of for requesting upgrades. Is it Emailing RDS? Calling RDS? How does that work?
