Ver 1.3 is now available and is free. It is a 68MB download for W32. Take a look at http://www.openwatcom.org/ An excellant adjunct for Eu -> C. I have used ver 1.2 for compiling Eu 2.4 DOS or Win32 command line programs and this worked fine. I haven't tried either 1.2 or 1.3 for compiling Win32 native programs. Verne Tice
