DPtoLP function

take the window.exw fr example (in demo\win32)
        if u get the getclientrect in this program u get
        the structure rect so filled: 0,0,80,116

        what is the right using of DPtoLP
        i have written
        "if not c_func(DPtoLP, {hdc, rect, 2)..."
        but value inside function don't change

        can u make an example of right using ?
