Thats what Llama does, basicly, except in a somewhat object oriented manner.
One wrapped Win32 API, one wrapped the VGA routines, and one wrapped the GTK
widget set, iirc. I'm maintaining the GTK version of Llama. However, if I could,
I'd port Llama to wxWindows as well possibly, time permitting of course.
