Note the first part of the name: "Win32" As Dos32Lib is DOS specific, Win32lib is Windows specific. Also, please note that I am the current maintainer Llama, which is an object-oriented multiplatform version of Win32lib. Llama is very far behind from Win32lib at the moment, however, if I get enough people to help me out, that will change one day.
