Queston for Win95 users of IDE

There is someone who uses Win95 that can not run IDE v0.15.0 without 
getting a comctl32.dll EXW crash when closing IDE. This user did not 
have problems with IDE v0.14.2.

He has been using comctl32.dll v4.72 and win32lib v0.57.9 (both IDE 
versions). He tried to upgrade to comctl32.dll v5.80 but his machine 
would not work correctly after that.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
