IDE installation

I'm having trouble with the installation of the IDE.  When I try to run 
the IDE I get an error message setLVinsert has not been declared VOID = 
SetLVinsert(1) -- List view inserts in order added.  I'm running under 
Win 2k and would appreciate any help.
