Have you thought about not re-inventing the wheel, and using a free setup 
program such as the one from gentee.com? It packs things very tightly, and 
works the way Windows people expect things to work.

Regarding the "web" install - I don't think that's a good idea. A lot of
Euphoria users either pay by the minute for internet, or don't even have 
internet access. In addition there's the very real problem of dependencies - 
with WinLib and XIDE changing all the time, you'll soon have a nightmare 
of "won't run" problems. Better to have a "package" of programs that are 
proven to work together, and distribute that as a unit.
