I noticed that there is an inconsistancy between ex.exe and eu.ex.

ex.exe has routine ids starting from 0.
eu.ex  has routine ids starting from 1.

Both return -1 for a bad routine_id() call though.

So a value of 0 is invalid for eu.ex and its derivatives.
