I would have to agree with this, cause, no matter the language, except Java, each program has to be "compiled" specifically on the "Target" system, due to the diffrences in File I/O, and machine functions, just like with Euphoria. Again, this would have to come to having a pre-proccessor #define, #ifdef, and #else, or such things, to allow Cross-Platform compatability, both in Operating Systems, and In Euphoria Versions. But this would also mean, that the feature would have to be implemented Now, or realitively soon, cause otherwise, it will not be backwards compatable. Then again, I belive most programmers here would agree, if this kind of functionality was implemented, they would not go back to previous versions of Euphoria. Mario
