PD Interp code changes.

I think that there is going to be a problem with users coming up with different versions of the interp. and placing them in the archive. For instance one user makes changes an places them in the archive and another user makes changes and places their version in the archive. Now no one will know if a changes were made on top of b changes or upon the offical version. The next question is how will anyone know which files have been altered and how were they altered from the offical version. This is going to cause a lot of confusion and more problems than include/namespace problems. The changes have to be controlled and documented.
