toggle Insert key... Help!

Hi all!

Is there anyone to know how to toggle the Insert key status from the program?
I need to know the memory location where the Insert key status is saved.
(i want to use Insert/Delete keys as scrolling keys in my program for
 some reasons...)
I think i ,by myself, can make the routine toggling the Insert status once
a good guy inform me about the memory location...
