 Hi Chris,
 I can't see where you have used '200' in the code example you gave. I
 thought that CreateWindowEx() would have returned a hWnd and not a
 "resource" number. If you execute your resize code to try and resize a
 non-existant Mle then I should expect you get what you deserve. The best
 strategy would be to put code in the resize routine to avaid resizing
 non-existant controls.
