Win32lib modal window

I open a modal window with openDialog()
and the modal window has properties WS_DLGFRAME only (generated by
IDE) so does not have Close button,
but I still can close the window by pressing ALT+F4 or by EndTask in
ctrl+alt+del.

I have tried it using version 0.55 and 0.57 but in both version the
modal window can be closed.

Please help me...
