Hi Euman,
  Maybe you can't delete it on Windows because it's loaded (if you load
as a service it doesn't show up in CTRL+ALT+DEL).
  In DOS I assume it has the hidden property, I think it was attrib -h
thefile to take it out.
  Try getting Norton Commander (DOS), it's the better program to handle
files on that system.
