Ok, add in the same number of digits to express the inverse number, plus a 
few for any overflow, and i'll agree that's a good limit. Is it do-able? How 
about, to save processing time, the programmer can specify the significant 
digits on each side of the decimal point, and the method of imposing the limit 
(rounding up, rounding down, truncating, fuzzy(x))?
