Hello, Are you able to ping the site, or browse to it by IP address? If you don't know what ping is, open a DOS window, and type in ping www.giga.com.ar. If it says unknown host, then the problem isn't with IE, its likely an issue with your ISP's DNS servers. The IP address should return as 200.49.81.144, although that may change because the DNS record is set to refresh every 5 minutes. In IE's address bar try typing in http://200.49.81.144. The http:// part has to be typed in manually when browsing by IP address. Also, when browsing by the name, I want to make sure your putting in www.giga.com.ar, not giga.com.ar (no www). Trying to browse to giga.com.ar will return an error. --- rforno at tutopia.com wrote: > > Dear EUphorians: > I know this is completely off-topic, but I need some > advice from you, > especially from Kat. > I was able to connect to www.giga.com.ar without > problems up to about one > month ago.
