Enhanced Dot

I have now released a hacked version of Dot which supports
redefining operators. No other OOP library/preprocessor I know of
for Eu does this.
Also, a simple way to emulate member variables for classes has
been written in class.e (its not the best, but it adds the
missing funcinality to Dot well enough for the time being).
