Win32Lib Bug (setBackColor)

Hi,

I think I've spotted a bug in the latest version of win32lib.
setBackColor gets a DC for the window but never releases it. To fix,
add:
releaseDC( id )
to the end of setBackColor.

This bug is a particular problem because setBackColor is called from
openWindow, it causes the memory use of the application to grow quite
a bit (in my app anyway) and causes instability.
