RE: eu FAQ (wasChatting vs mailing)
Good for you Ray. It's always nice to see people spending effort for a
selfless cause.
Usually when I refer to RDS having to do this and that, it's because if
it's not supported RDS, people aren't as likely to know of it. I'm not
saying that RDS has to provide and maintain it, just support it.
It's great if you create an FAQ for new users, but is Rob going to add
it to his website? I'm sure he would provide a link through the user
websites page. But that's still quite a bit of digging for a new user to
go through to find out some trivial information.
I'm willing to help in pretty much any way that I can, but I'm not going
to waste my time to produce something in the hopes that RDS will accept
it and support it. If Rob will say that he is willing to host an FAQ
page, or support a chatroom, I'd be more than willing to help compile an
FAQ, or OPER in the chatroom when I'm there.
