Windows bitmaps correction

Jesus,

Brian's code is good except that the setPixmap() call
should be in the onOpen event and the bitBlt() call
should be in the onPaint event by itself. If this is not done then the 
graphic will be continually loaded (from disk) each time an onPaint 
event occurs.
