I assume this is for people who don't speak English, isn't it? How did
they learn to know Euphoria? Is Euphoria available on Russian Download
Sites? Is there something like a Russian Euphoria community?

Why? Are the standard 7 bit ASCII characters -- which are normally used for
the identifiers -- not available on Russion operating systems?
