Oh, yes it is...

The frontend is opensource, the backend can be bought with restrictions.
The PD source interpreter is a great example of opensource Euphoria.
The purchaced Euphoria source isn't allowed to be opensource, but the
PD source is. If you dont like it because it's slower, then that is
your problem. :)
