DOS isn't multitasking and currently none of them are 64-bit but DOS is still used and people still use Euphoria on it. I use the DOS32 version of Euphoria at work and at home and if I remember correctly Euphoria was briefly mentioned as a possible candidate as a "standard" scripting language for FreeDOS (only in the context to show that there are other languages besides Python, Perl, etc. that can be used) on their mailing list (although this could never happen since Euphoria's not open source).
