Edita 0.1.0 released

Main thing first, most of what last month was spent on:
Added Window Painter (optional component)

Also:
Added Find, Replace and Replace all functions.
Added Print and Print Preview (optional component)

Added current line highlight.

New standard include, eama.ew, allows any program to send output to 
Edita's message area.

Beware: new zip utility just downloaded & in use for 1st time.

Priorities requested for the remaining missing features.
