By the way, I am using Win32Lib 0.60.6 that was the one I applied the fixes to.

As long as you are looking into rewriting the IDE, one little annoyance that I
have had with 18-22 is when I create a window that is bigger than the area
showing for the window, it will not let me stretch the window below the area to
create the scroll bars, unless I undock the controls pallete and move it then I
can stretch the window outside the bounds and the scroll bars will appear, then I
have to redock the control pallete.  The same thing happens when I try to stretch
the width, I have to undock the treeview, and properties move them resize then
dock them back.  I hope this made some sense. But, no big deal since I can work
around it by undocking and redocking some of the windows.
