dbinterface again?

ok, I removed all the calls to padc and the procedure (oops), and fixed 
a huge mistake in DB_CopyRec(). Now it shouldn't generate a 'key exists' 
error. In DB_Open pass 0 as the last argument for now, I'm trying to 
implement a very simplistic indexing scheme (i.e. banging head against 
KB)
Hopefully I'll finish this soon so I can get back to the program I was 
writing it for :)
