I've put v1.21 of Euphoria Database Browser up on my page:

I think I've addressed most of the issues that have been brought to my 
attention.  (I beefed up the docs a bit regarding forms, though they're 
not quite what I'd call a tutorial).  I still need to implement lookups 
from within the data grid.

Also, the file is a lot smaller now, because I left out the shrouded 
file.  You can get it as it's own download on my page.  If you're a 
registered user, you could just shroud/bind either the deployed app or 
edblib.ew to get the same effect.
