Send an e-mail message to:
     LISTSERV at MIAMIU.ACS.MUOHIO.EDU
with the body text:
     SIGNOFF EUPHORIA
(The subject of your message is ignored.)

If you want to get back on later,
send a message to the same address,
but say:
   SUBSCRIBE EUPHORIA Chuck Heinze

If you want to receive at most one e-mail
message per day from the list, I believe
you can say:
   SET EUPHORIA DIGESTS

This will combine all messages for each day
into a single, somewhat condensed, message.
