Sorry for the troubles. I am making corrections:

You can delete=20
include TSkoda\TSWinMisc.ew and=20
include TSkoda\WinConst.ew=20
in mdi.exw. they do nothing. i forgot to delete them
I corrected this and uploaded win32libts.zip.
I also changed the colors to be more readable.
