To all interested,
I've got VEL005 and an 'experimental' version, dated November 7, 1999, =
here. I did write some applications using VEL. Some of them are still in =
use!
If you're interested, I can post the zipped files for VEL005 and =
experimental.

I believe that i downloaded VEL version 4 or sometyhing. I dont know =
