I found a very nice free ram disk last week which is compatible with Windows
Vista, XP, 2000 and 2003 Server. I've beat it up pretty heavily on Windows 
XP SP 1 and it appears very stable. I threw my entire %eudir% directory to 
RAM and the speed up was quite noticeable. If you have the RAM to spare, it
really speeds up both execution and especially compilation. Caveat Emptor.
