John,

in WinNT 4.0, locked in as a normal user, you can open the Control
Panel, there open System Properties, then look under User Variables.
You may set the variable 'PATH' and the related value to
'C:\EUPHORIA\BIN'. Also the variable 'SET' with value
'EUDIR=C:\EUPHORIA' may be set there.

I personally prefer to start in the cmd-window with a cmd-file which
sets temporarily all necessary environment variables for Eu.

Hope in Win2000 it's similar. Rolf
