it has ran!! Yeeaaahhh!!
I have adopted an intermediary solution: not text separator, nor binary
file; text file in SDF mode (fixes columns). I've needed to search a lot 
about types conversions. And I have found. It is working very well!

Now, I intend to improve it performance by compiling. We will see how it 
go be. After this, I will tell you and supply you for the times and rates,
ok?
