Well - there is no such thing in Windows 2000. But I went into TOOLS, FOLDER
OPTIONS, FILE TYPES and reconnected it to the binary, but the binary is not
the problem. The binary starts up fine, but it looks for include files in
d:\euphoria\include which no longer exists.
